Your Responsibilities
Ensure that the main features of the building are in good condition. This includes: the fences or walls, exterior/structure of the building, the roof, and that the boiler and electrics are functional.
Ensure that you have the correct insurance for the use of the building (corporate letting of a HMO).
Ensure that you have adequate safety and environmental certificates in place (e.g. Gas safety, Electrical Safety, EPC).
Ensure that you continue to look after your mortgage, if you have one in place.
Our Responsibilities
We will pay you the agreed monthly rent and ensure there are no void rental periods.
We fill the property with our professional tenants.
We deal with all tenant issue so you don’t have to.
We ensure all utility bills and council tax bills are paid for.
We maintain the property during the term of contract with regular property and tenant inspections.
